As a member of the Facilities Maintenance team you will thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a variety of sophisticated manufacturing equipment. - Troubleshoot and repair specialized mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the facility.
- Perform and assist with the alignment and leveling of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate detailed updates on ongoing repairs to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Collaborate with Facilities Engineers and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide the installation or rearrangement of production equipment.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent downtime.
- Continuously seek professional growth through training and self‑study in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Actively participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Fulfill all other assigned duties and support team‑based operations.
- Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 10 years of full‑time experience in industrial machinery maintenance with strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, electronic, and mechanical)
- Proficient in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), computer numerical control (CNC) systems, servo systems, and conventional electrical/electronic controls.
- Experience with direct current drives, machine programming, cutting or grinding processes is highly desirable.
- Must pass a comprehensive maintenance technician aptitude test.
- Able and willing to work in a tobacco‑free environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working overtime or weekend shifts as needed with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (11PM‑7AM).
The pay for this position is $44.170 - $45.418. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e., 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is supposed to close on Dec 15th, 2025.
