Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for 1st shift to support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical equipment, performing detailed maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability on a fast-paced production floor.

You will troubleshoot electrical control circuits and drives, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in training Level I technicians while working overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair mechanical components and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and drives.
• Enter all work completed in maintenance system and report spare parts usage.
• Train Level I technicians in more complex tasks and skills.
