Advanced Technology Services in New Jersey seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform expert break-fix and preventive maintenance, design improvements, and support production lines.

You will troubleshoot complex control systems, lead CI activities, train others, and maintain CMMS records while traveling as needed. The role requires a technical education and substantial field experience with electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical associate degree or 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; ability to troubleshoot and repair.
• Must be able to use hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Design improvements for mechanical and electrical systems and complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems and provide technical support on production lines.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and participate in cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain CMMS records and support documentation; train less experienced technicians.
