Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in Elk Grove Village, IL, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on factory equipment, identify root causes, and repair or replace components.

The role requires an associate degree with a technical focus or 3–5 years of related experience, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems, and willingness to travel; work is performed in a loud factory environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree with technical focus or 3 years related experience in general industry; or 5 years related experience or ATS Progression Program

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Observe equipment operation to locate root cause of problems and repair/replace defective parts.
