Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to keep manufacturing equipment running reliably in a fast-paced environment. You will perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance, source parts, and optimize procedures with planners.

You may operate various machine tools and perform welding as needed. The role requires a technical associate degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and willingness to

Competenze

High School Graduate or GED.
Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in specific industry.
Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment.
Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze the problem, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs.
Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations, precision alignments, and maintenance of applicable process equipment.
May be required to travel.

Mansioni

Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance, locating root causes and repairing parts as needed.
Identifies and sources parts and repair items to improve cost and reliability.
Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
Works with Planner Scheduler to optimize preventive maintenance procedures.
Operates multiple machining operations and may perform welding tasks.
Adheres to 5S and housekeeping standards.
Leads and participates in CI activities to improve processes and cost savings.
Mentors lower level technicians and supports project trainings.
Troubleshoots complex control systems and analyzes software/hardware issues.
Uses predictive maintenance data to identify trends and recommendations.
Updates CMMS history and records for equipment.
