Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. You will identify parts, operate machining tools, and uphold 5S standards in a loud factory setting.

The role requires knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems with travel as needed. ATS offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree with a technical focus and 3+ years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Able to use basic and specialized tools.
• May travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Perform maintenance independently per industry standards.
• Set up and operate multiple machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and welding when required.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Drive CI activities and review CMMS history.
• Troubleshoot control systems and analyze software/hardware issues.
• Use predictive maintenance technologies to collect data.
• Mentor lower level technicians and participate in training.
• Complete self-study for career development.
• Follow safety policies and identify unsafe conditions.
