Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a multi-skilled industrial maintenance technician
• Experience in maintenance
• Experience in electrical / mechanical / equipment repair
• Experience disassembling process equipment and reusing components

Responsibilities

• Maintains manufacturing processes and equipment in optimum condition; integrates several process techniques focused on achieving high levels of overall process effectiveness (TPO)
• Applies understanding of team in development and active participation in a team environment through Division and Plant team orientation, and safety and quality training
• Provides technical assistance and professional leadership to lower-level technicians
• Assists in troubleshooting to determine root cause of equipment failures and determine best corrective and preventive measures
• Assists with rebuilding / replacing equipment and components
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Orders materials, parts, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Completes administrative tasks as required by SOPs
• Samples work and work orders to ensure quality control
