• Experience completely disassembling process equipment and repairing, improving, and reassembling for re-use - Required

Responsibilities

• Maintains manufacturing processes and equipment in optimum condition; aims for high overall process effectiveness.
• Repairs plant equipment; replaces boards, relays, and input-output modules; maintains hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration systems.
• Reads blueprints and schematics for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration systems.
• Ensures safety and compliance, applying lock-out/tag-out on all electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoots building systems, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and HVAC issues.
