Neopal is a major US manufacturer of industrial wood products, located in Houston. We seek a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support high‑speed automated manufacturing, troubleshoot equipment, and drive preventive maintenance across multiple production lines.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with high-speed automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment.
Develop and improve preventive/predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and performance.
Use CMMS to manage maintenance activities, records, and parts.
Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment, motors, sensors, and VFDs.
Identify root causes and implement lasting improvements to reliability and efficiency.
Assist in design, fabrication, and modification of equipment improvements.
Apply welding and fabrication skills for practical solutions.
Support safety, quality, and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment.
