You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, implement preventive maintenance, and lead reliability improvements across a high-performance plant.

Qualifications

• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with high-speed automated manufacturing equipment and robotics.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, and power transmission.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment quickly and effectively.
• Develop, perform, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability and uptime.
• Use CMMS to manage preventive maintenance activities, work orders, history, parts, and documentation.
• Diagnose electrical and controls issues involving motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, relays, and control systems.
• Recommend and participate in design, fabrication, modification, installation, and commissioning of equipment improvements and automation projects.
• Apply welding, fabrication, machining, and basic fixture design to develop practical solutions and improvements.
• Advance predictive maintenance practices through equipment monitoring and new tools.
