Job summary

Brose North America Inc. seeks an experienced maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems in a high-volume production environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, use SAP-PM, and collaborate with machine operators to keep lines running.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
Over 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ISO 14001, TS 16949, and OSHA requirements desirable.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems in a high-volume production environment.
Perform preventive maintenance, interact with SAP-PM, and work with machine operators.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and environmental goals in the plant.
Book maintenance activities in SAP-PM and report spare parts shortages.
Participate in daily shift meetings and handovers to address maintenance issues.
