Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to own the operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of complex industrial equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work across electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and support precision machining and grinding operations. The role requires hands-on fabrication, hydraulic diagnostics, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance role.
• Proven electrical, mechanical, fabrication, hydraulics expertise.
• Technical degree or certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery incl. electrical and mechanical.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance regularly.
• Fabricate and install parts using varied tools.
• Diagnose hydraulic systems and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to boost reliability.
• Ensure maintenance follows safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Document work and prepare management reports.
