Zusammenfassung

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a maintenance technician/millwright to maintain, repair, and construct mechanical equipment and systems across the plant, including hydraulic presses, furnaces, CNC machines, and gantries.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings and interpreting complex plant installations while handling pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, gas, and water systems. The candidate should have extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, blueprints, and safety-focused rigging,

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the forging industry.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
• Able to lift 35 lb.
• Experience with reading blueprints and sketches.
• Strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and all plant machinery; familiar with pneumatic and hydraulics to read simple prints and sketches.
• Make repairs and replacement of worn or defective parts.
• Rig and handle heavy machinery safely.
• Knowledge of piping for steam, air, gas, water, and hydraulic systems.
• Use tools such as threaders, drills, and saws.
• Perform general building and electrical repairs involved with mechanical work.
