Job summary

Precision Castparts in Wickliffe, OH seeks a Maintenance Technician to support repair, installation and ongoing maintenance of production equipment and facility systems. The role requires strong electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include electrical system troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic and CNC equipment maintenance, piping installations, basic welding and HVAC work, and adherence to safety and waste-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong industrial maintenance experience.
• Significant electrical and electronics troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair critical production equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Technical training or related maintenance education preferred.
• Ability to climb, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (110-480V), controllers and conduit.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical equipment.
• Install and repair gas, air, copper, stainless, PVC, CPVC, and chemical piping systems.
• Perform basic welding, carpentry, painting, masonry, and HVAC repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Train and assist less experienced maintenance personnel.
• Follow all safety procedures and hazardous waste handling requirements.
