Precision Castparts is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery and production equipment under moderate supervision. You will read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, disassemble components, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualified candidates typically hold an AA degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of related experience. The role involves routine inspections, calibrations, and documentation of equipment performance on

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate trouble.
• Disassemble devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Inspect parts for changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Repair hydraulic components such as valves, motors, cylinders and pumps; service grinding and abrasive blast machines; and other plant equipment as designated by supervisor.
• Lubricate and clean parts and start devices to test performance.
• Daily inspection and record keeping of various plant equipment.
