Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery and production equipment under moderate supervision. You will observe, troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair hydraulic and mechanical systems, ensuring parts meet dimensional specs and devices test successfully.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Disassembles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts in hydraulic equipment, grinding and abrasive blast machines, mobile hydraulic equipment, and other plant equipment as designated by supervisor.
