C&W Services is seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician III for a 2nd shift at a high-volume grocery fulfillment and distribution center. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated conveyors and supporting equipment, driving reliability and uptime while supporting client operations teams.

You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with the maintenance team, ensure safety compliance, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in material handling equipment and preventive maintenance.
• 3+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience mentoring technicians and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, components, and controls.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships across Operations facility.
