Job summary

American StaffCorp is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our e-commerce facility. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment like conveyors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and ensure safe, reliable operation to support online order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, sorting machines, and other automated equipment.
• Inspect facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) for optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager to develop maintenance schedules and plans.
