You will execute preventative maintenance on compressed air, electrical distribution, cooling systems, and sanitation processes, lead maintenance workflows, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Proven technical proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects or lead maintenance workflows effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for compressed air, electrical distribution, and high-capacity water filtration systems.
• Optimize the performance of cooling towers, chillers, and heat exchangers to ensure consistent operational output.
• Manage chemical injection, mineral dosing, and reverse osmosis systems, including membrane cleaning and calibration of monitoring instrumentation.
• Perform critical sanitation processes, including CIP procedures on storage silos and supply lines, to maintain strict hygiene standards.
• Maintain and repair industrial pumps and piping networks to guarantee uninterrupted utility flow to production lines.
• Champion a culture of safety by actively participating in incident investigations, hazard mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
