Job summary

Keystone Experts & Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Environmental Services team. You will support projects identifying and managing hazardous materials and building science risks, reporting to the Managing Director.

You will lead fire and smoke impact, mold, asbestos, lead, IAQ, and industrial hygiene projects from inception to completion, coordinating vendors, budgets, and client communications, while working remotely with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in science or arts preferred; experience considered in lieu.
• 7+ years in building science/industrial hygiene project management.
• At least 5 years in managing clients.
• Experience with qualifying and managing consultants and vendors.
• Experience with wildfire, asbestos, mold, lead paint and industrial hygiene projects.
• Ability to multi-task, stay flexible, work independently.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Certifications preferred: CIH, CSP, CHMM.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire and smoke impact, mold, asbestos, lead, IAQ and industrial hygiene projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee sampling, testing, data collection, and documentation of site conditions.
• Interact and communicate with clients and vendors.
• Act as technical expert on projects.
• Prepare budgets and reports.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• Provide quality control for all assigned projects.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to staff.
• Occasional off-hours and weekends (10–20%).
• 100% remote with occasional business travel.
