Keystone Experts + Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our Environmental service line, helping clients identify and manage hazardous material and building science risks. You will lead projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with vendors and clients to collect data, document conditions, and ensure quality outcomes.

This role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a PM in Building Science/Industrial Hygiene, and strong

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager in Building Science/Industrial Hygiene.
• Experience managing clients across multiple projects.
• Experience with qualifying and managing consultants and vendors.
• Experience with wildfire, asbestos, mold, lead paint and industrial hygiene projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire, smoke, mold, asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, and industrial hygiene projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee vendors/contractors to sample, test and document site conditions.
• Interact with clients and vendors and act as technical expert on projects.
• Prepare budgets and reports and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership, training and support to all levels of the organization.
• Occasional off-hours and weekend work (10–20%).
• Remote work with occasional travel.
