Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• 5+ years experience managing clients.
• Experience with qualifying and managing consultants and vendors.
• Experience with wildfire, asbestos, mold, lead paint and industrial hygiene projects.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent Technical Writing, Communication, and Organization Skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire and smoke impact, mold, asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, and industrial hygiene projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee vendors and contractors to sample, test and document site conditions.
• Interact and communicate with clients and vendors; act as technical expert on all projects.
• Prepare budgets and reports; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership, training and support to all levels of the organization.
