Job summary

Keystone Experts & Engineers in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Environmental service line. You will support projects that help clients identify, evaluate, and manage hazardous material and building science risks, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team remotely.

The role requires seven plus years in building science/industrial hygiene, plus strong client and vendor management, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting. 100% remote work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager in Building Science/Industrial Hygiene.
• At least 5 years experience in managing clients.
• Experience with qualifying and managing consultants and vendors.
• Experience with wildfire, asbestos, mold, lead paint and industrial hygiene projects.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire and smoke impact, mold, asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, and industrial hygiene projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee vendors and contractors to sample, test, document site conditions.
• Interact and communicate with clients and vendors.
• Act as technical expert on all projects.
• Prepare budgets and reports.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide quality control for all assigned projects.
• Provide leadership, training and support to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to occasionally work off-hours and weekends (10-20%).
• 100% remote with occasional business travel.
