Job summary

IREN seeks a Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering to lead the analytical backbone of its industrialized delivery model. You will direct IE and Operational Excellence, drive lessons-learned, and own metrics across on-site labor, make-vs-buy decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong data analytics, leadership of cross-functional teams, and a track record of applying Lean Six Sigma to large-scale infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and cost modeling.
• Strong analytics background; experience building KPIs and dashboards.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating field feedback into design.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Industrial Engineering and Operational Excellence functions to track labor hours per MW.
• Own make-versus-buy analyses to inform in-house vs. partner manufacturing decisions.
• Lead Lean construction adoption and continuous improvement efforts across programs.
• Develop and maintain performance scorecards including module installation, FAT pass rates, and total cost of ownership.
