Job summary

IREN is seeking an Associate Director, Operational Excellence to drive standardized practices across its global data center portfolio and partner with site operations to optimize asset and system performance from construction through steady-state operations.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, governance, and training in a hybrid Fort Worth environment, aligning with enterprise standards and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; relevant certifications or leadership training is a plus.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in critical infrastructure or mission-critical operations, preferably in hyperscale, colocation, or large-scale environments.
• Experience building KPI tracking, audit frameworks, or governance processes across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Roll out standardized operating procedures, maintenance playbooks, and technical documentation across sites.
• Coordinate internal reviews and audits to ensure adherence to requirements and close gaps.
• Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs, and governance dashboards for asset and system optimization.
• Support readiness during the transition from construction to live operations and site ramp-ups.
• Identify opportunities to insource maintenance/functions to improve cost and reliability.
• Collaborate across functions to scale operating models and practices for growth.
• Contribute to onboarding and training programs for operations personnel.
