Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering roles.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing and process improvement methods.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools, statistical software, and project management platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across departments.
• Ability to work effectively with production teams in George.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using lean/Six Sigma.
• Design and oversee new layouts and workflows to maximize throughput and reduce costs.
