Job summary

IREN in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering to lead the IE and Operational Excellence functions within a hybrid work model. You will guide make-versus-buy analyses, develop performance scorecards, and drive continuous improvement across field and fabrication activities.

The role requires 8+ years in IE or related fields, Lean Six Sigma experience, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial engineering, operations or continuous improvement
• Lean/Six Sigma experience and cost modeling
• Strong data analytics, KPI dashboards experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and lessons-learned processes
• Bachelor's in IE/related field; Lean Six Sigma cert preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct the IE and Operational Excellence teams to track and model on-site labor hours per MW
• Own make-versus-buy analysis and supplier planning inputs
• Lead Lean construction principles and continuous improvement across the program
• Own the performance scorecard: on-site build %, cycle times, FAT pass rates, cost of ownership
