Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in Program Management or a combined background in Operations/Manufacturing/Facilities.
• Minimum of ten years of work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates effective and clear communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain program/project metrics throughout projects.
• Develop and maintain resource plans to meet project schedule.
• Leverage global resources and prior project contacts to build best project business cases.
• Execute large and complex projects using Eaton’s PROLaunch processes.
• Build organizational competency by mentoring and training key individuals.
