Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading manufacturing process improvements.
• Proven track record with Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
• Ability to translate engineering intent into repeatable production methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for welding, machining, tooling, and setup.
• Partner with Industrial Engineer to develop, test, validate, and sustain improved methods.
• Analyze production processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and OEE.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs such as yield, scrap, downtime, and cycle times.
• Collaborate to implement SOPs and standard work; support automation projects.
• Train and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met.
