Qualifications

• 7+ years of Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or precision machining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production efficiencies
• Analyze capacity, labor, cycle times, and equipment utilization
• Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve throughput
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning
• Develop reports, models, and metrics to support business decisions
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and other departments
• Help improve on-time delivery, productivity, and overall operational performance
• Ensure processes follow applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
