Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an Industrial Engineer at either Level 2 or Level 3 to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure integrated manufacturing plans. This on-site role is based in Clearfield, UT and requires SAP/MRP experience along with MES and ERP collaboration. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year engineering/manufacturing/data analysis experience, or Master's with 0 years.
• MES, MRP/SAP/Oracle or related experience.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• MS Office, MS Project, Excel (macros & pivot tables).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Clearance and Special Program Access prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Ensure schedules are integrated across functions (horizontal/vertical).
• Apply scheduling best practices (EVMS, Critical Path, SRA, Schedule Performance).
• Analyze lead times, queue times, WIP, cycle times, throughput to meet demand.
• Build scalable models to optimize product flow within constraints.
• Develop optimized scheduling tools and align SAP/MRP with executable plans.
• Communicate planning requirements with IT, ERP, analytics teams.
• Collaborate with developers on UI for scheduling across cost centers.
• Support digital transformation and agile methodologies in scheduling.
• Create metrics and data visualizations; provide weekly/monthly status.
