Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Clearfield, UT, seeks an Industrial Engineer / Principal Industrial Engineer – Master Production Scheduling (MPS) to support our IEOM team on site. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating MPS to meet objectives and ensuring schedules are integrated across functions.

The role requires experience with MES/MRP/SAP and EVMS/SRA, plus strong data analysis and leadership skills. On-site work with 25% travel; relocation/clearance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis.
• Experience with MES and SAP/Oracle in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Clearance.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Ensure manufacturing schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
• Develop optimized scheduling tools and align SAP/MRP systems with an executable plan.
• Create metrics and data visualizations to track performance.
• Lead and drive positive change using iterative and agile methodologies.
