Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with professional experience.
• Ability to lead improvement and optimization projects.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP or related manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the MARS Industrial Engineering team, setting direction and priorities.
• Champion technology insertions and automation to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Drive layout, line balancing, and capacity planning to optimize flow and ramp production.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, PMT and Facilities to align IE initiatives.
• Establish and track throughput, capacity, efficiency, and span metrics and translate data into improvements.
• Lead lean initiatives, eliminate waste, and standardize processes across MARS centers.
• Coordinate capital and facilities projects tied to layout changes and equipment moves.
