Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years with a Master's).
• Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Modeling, Facility Design, and Process Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations with process flows and value stream maps.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Draft infrastructure improvement and expansion proposals for new products and techs.
• Influence cross-functional teams to address obsolescence and improve factory performance.
• Support new production contracts and product integration efforts.
• Improve factory safety and work cell ergonomics.
