RTX Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the Effectors portfolio of factories, maximizing throughput and improving efficiency to deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities include labor analysis, process and value stream mapping, line balancing, capacity planning, and safety improvements, with opportunities to lead cross-functional teams and influence investment strategies.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years with a master's.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, capacity modeling, facility design, and process optimization.
• Ability to obtain program-specific clearances as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Model factory operations by generating process flows, value stream maps, pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and meet cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
• Influence and lead factory roadmaps and investment strategies by drafting infrastructure improvements and expansion proposals.
• Influence cross-functional teams to address obsolescence and improve factory performance.
