Qualifications

• A STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years; or 9 years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize labor standards, routings, and work instructions.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.
• Identify waste and non-value-added activities; implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain value stream maps, process flow diagrams, and standard work documentation.
• Lead employee training and mentor team members on process improvements and standard work.
• Design and optimize factory layouts using DraftSight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.
