Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and solves production problems with processes, tooling/fixtures, or equipment in operation.
• Drive Root Cause Corrective Actions and implement process improvements to prevent issues.
• Support Quality Control plans and Safety compliance actions.
• Propose sequence of operations and assist in equipment/tooling design for efficient production.
• Manage high-dollar value process improvement projects end-to-end.
