Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence required.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain ATF access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and solves production problems with processes, tooling/fixtures, or equipment in operation.
• Drive root cause corrective actions and implement process improvements to prevent issues.
• Support Quality Control plans and safety compliance actions.
• Propose sequence of operations and assist in tooling/equipment fabrication and installation.
