Job summary

TAG Systems USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive process improvements, capacity planning, and operational efficiency within a secure card manufacturing and personalization facility. This mid- to senior-level role will work on the production floor with cross‑functional teams to implement measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of industrial, manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong experience with time studies, capacity analysis, workflow optimization, process mapping, and labor utilization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time studies, labor analyses, and capacity studies to establish production standards.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, yield, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Lead initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate facility layouts, production flow, and equipment placement.
• Develop cost‑benefit and ROI analyses for improvements.
