Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 5-8+ years of industrial, manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with time studies, capacity analysis, workflow optimization, process mapping, and labor utilization
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis
• Experience with facility layouts, production flow, and equipment placement

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify throughput improvements, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency across the facility
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to evaluate and optimize workflows
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other methodologies
• Develop ROI analyses for capital investments and support new product launches
• Create standardized processes and performance measurements to drive long-term success
