Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to help scale production systems from early production to broader commercialization. You will measure capacity, remove bottlenecks, design efficient layouts, and create repeatable processes for higher volumes.

This hands-on role requires extensive floor time with technicians and cross‑functional teams. You will establish labor standards, balance lines, and validate models against actual shop-floor conditions while supporting continuous

Qualifications

Significant industrial/manufacturing engineering experience in a physical manufacturing setting.
Own capacity analysis, production-rate modeling, cycle-time/work-content analysis and line balancing.
Hands-on layout design of work cells and production flow using CAD tools.
Experience with low-volume, high-complexity NPI ramp-up and production changes.
Strong shop-floor collaboration with technicians and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work onsite in Cedar Park, TX with ~10% travel to Milford, OH.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain capacity models across production areas and bottlenecks.
Conduct time studies to establish credible labor standards and balance workloads.
Design and revise layouts to improve productivity and throughput.
Analyze constraints and develop practical improvements to increase rates.
Collaborate with technicians to validate models against real conditions.
Help scale repeatable production processes for higher volumes.
Maintain routings, standard times, and production data for planning.
Support material-flow improvements and kitting strategies.
Use value-stream tools to identify and validate improvements.
Develop metrics for throughput, labor efficiency, and cycle time.
Assess effects of engineering changes on labor and capacity before floor rollout.
Support cost modeling and capital justification for improvements.
Contribute to standard work and visual management on the shop floor.
