Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2 years ergonomic experience required.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering environments.
• Experience with time study, standard work, line balancing, or labor planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and manage Manufacturing Master Schedules.
• Apply critical-path methodology for network development and problem solving.
• Optimize operation sequences and workflow.
• Create crew plans to allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop line-balance plans and staffing recommendations.
• Lead lean initiatives and waste elimination efforts.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams.
• Coach engineers and maintenance staff in IE methods.
