Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze and implement designs for efficient manufacturing processes.
• Interpret blueprints and machine schematics to troubleshoot production issues.
• Propose and evaluate processes for equipment in the assigned area.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and documentation to improve efficiency and cost.
• Direct the design or improvement of manufacturing processes for the area.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Provide direction to engineering support groups and vendors and monitor expenditures.
