Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. seeks a Sr. Industrial Engineer to collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand and increase manufacturing capabilities, improve process flow, and maximize workforce utilization.

This role leads continuous improvement initiatives to boost OEE, productivity, and overall efficiency across the facility, working with diverse staff from multiple cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ Industrial Engineering experience with Lean, TOC, Six Sigma or similar methodologies in manufacturing.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and workforce optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and layout for maximum efficiency.
• Confer with management and staff on capabilities, schedules, specifications, and process flow.
• Determine manufacturing methods to deliver services with high productivity.
• Lead projects to improve OEE, workforce productivity, equipment utilization, yield and cycle time.
• Assess production specs to determine equipment, tooling, and human resource needs.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements.
• Assist in financial planning and cost analysis.
