Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Lead standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes, sequences, layouts, and product flow.
• Lead and track continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely completion of improvement projects and savings goals.
• Design and plan equipment layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop a continuous improvement roadmap for best-in-class performance.
• Create and enhance capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians to support development and performance.
• Perform industrial engineering data collection and root cause analysis to address issues.
