Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities including 5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D.
• Develop project plans and drive performance to achieve savings goals.
• Collaborate with operations and site leadership to implement improvements.
• Lead capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
