Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in lean manufacturing to lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and office functions. The role focuses on eliminating bottlenecks, reducing WIP, and driving productivity through data-driven problem solving.

You will mentor operators and technicians, develop capabilities, and collaborate with site leadership to create a roadmap for best-in-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management) to improve productivity.
• Develop and implement capacity modeling and time standards.
• Drive and track continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely completion with savings goals.
• Design equipment layouts and workflow to maximize utilization.
• Oversee capital expenditures including vendor selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to create a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Provide leadership to operators and technicians and develop their capabilities.
