Job summary

Ethos is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead efforts identifying flow bottlenecks and applying lean principles to reduce work in progress and improve throughput. The role includes directing IE operators and technicians, developing capability, and driving a CI culture across site operations.

The candidate will standardize processes, optimize layouts, and manage capital equipment projects while partnering with site leadership to deliver measurable savings and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Data collection and analysis to identify bottlenecks.
• Root cause analysis to determine process failures and variances.
• Practical problem-solving to implement measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management) to reduce waste.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office functions.
• Develop and track improvement plans, ensuring timely execution and savings.
• Design layouts, workflows, and safety measures to maximize plant utilization.
• Own capital equipment projects from design to implementation and supplier selection.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to build a CI roadmap for best-in-class performance.
