Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring Industrial Engineers focused on Supply Chain Material Flow to scale warehousing, kitting, and inventory across programs as production grows. The role demands ownership of throughput, asset utilization, and quality while partnering across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations.

You will perform time studies, VSM, and line balancing, applying discrete event simulation to test scenarios and guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field with progressive experience in high-rate environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD data and understand complex assemblies (PCBAs, sensor hardware).
• Strong fundamentals in material flow, layouts, data analytics, and MES/WMS/ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Scale material flow and logistics architecture with scalable warehousing and line-side delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolutions across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Eng., Quality, and Operations.
• Own data systems, dashboards, and KPIs for line health, throughput, and inventory accuracy.
• Perform time studies, value stream mapping, process mapping, and line balancing.
• Use discrete event simulation and layout modeling to test scenarios and de-risk scale-up.
• Lead lean improvements with on-floor initiatives and kaizen-style initiatives.
