Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building simulation/OR models
• Hands-on expertise with discrete event simulation software and statistics
• Strong programming ability (Python, SQL) for data pipelines and reproducible analysis
• Experience reading facility drawings and manufacturing procedures

Responsibilities

• Own the discrete event simulation and ops-research capability for manufacturing as a long-lived asset
• Capture current/planned processes into validated digital twins
• Design data pipelines to keep models current with live production data
• Lead capacity modeling, NPI ramp simulations, and ROI analysis
• Mentor engineers and raise simulation practice standards across Manufacturing
